Toll’s Asian footprint up with Qantas deal
A TOLL Holdings push to enlarge its presence in the express freight market has taken another step forward with the logistics group announcing plans to buy the Asian freight and courier business of Qantas Airways.
The acquisition of DPEX Group is expected to complement its Toll Global Express (TGX) division, contribute $30m of revenue to the group and be earnings per share accretive in year one, Toll managing director Paul Little said.
