EUROPEAN container exports into Australia/Oceania have experienced their fourth consecutive month-on-month growth as the trade begins regaining ground lost during the global economic slump.
However, the northbound trade continues to shed volumes at a rapid rate. European Liner Affairs Association (ELAA) data shows containerised imports from Europe into the region edged 8% higher in April compared with the same time in 2009.
