August deadline for APL Sydney claims
COMPANIES and individuals affected by the December 2008 incident involving the boxship APL Sydney in Melbourne’s Port Phillip Bay have until August 24 to make a claim.
The deadline for claims involving the 42,102 dwt vessel, owned by Strong Wise Limited, was advertised in Lloyd’s List this week.
The Federal Court has limited Strong Wise’s liability to $24m.
