A WEEK before its first ship arrives in Port Botany on the new China Australia Express (CAX) service, Hainan Pan Ocean Shipping has unveiled its local representation.
PO Shipping Agency Australia (POSA) has been established as a fully-owned subsidiary of the Chinese carrier and already has offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
