Legal concerns keep Montara spill report secret
FEDERAL resources minister Martin Ferguson will sit on a report into last year’s Montara oil leak off Western Australia because of concerns about possible legal repercussions.
The Federal Government received the report last Friday, with the Greens immediately pushing for the document to be made public and for all of Australia’s offshore resource operations to be audited.
