For 19 years the Sydney Shipping Industry has given magnificent assistance to the Oncology Unit at Westmead Children’s Hospital by supporting the annual Shipping Industry Golf Challenge. Our donation in 2009 has taken our total contribution to more than $328,000 and last year the Golf Challenge had the privilege of being recognized as an official Benefactor of the Hospital.
 

This year the event will again be held at the scenic Mona Vale Golf Club on Tuesday 12th October. Following the success of the early tee-off formula of recent years we will once again commence with a sausage sizzle at 7:00am, tee-off at 8:00am and, following close of play, a buffet lunch. On-course refreshments will also be provided.

Your company is invited to be a hole sponsor at a cost of $750.00. As in previous years, sponsors will be entitled to nominate two players to participate. In addition, you can nominate two extra players to complete the team at $125 per player. This fee will also apply to all players not connected to a sponsor.

If your company is able to help this worthy cause, we would be grateful if you could complete the attached registration form. If you can help out with corporate items that can be donated as prizes or smaller items for our sample bags please also indicate this on the form.  Sponsorship is tax deductable and official receipts from Westmead Children’s Hospital will be issued upon request.
