Poor market will continue, says Swire Pacific
Newbuilding deliveries and increased competition in the offshore sector is set to adversely affect Swire Pacific Offshore this year.
Swire Pacific’s marine services division, which includes the offshore company, saw net profit slide to just over HK$1.6bn (US$210m) last year, down from almost HK$1.8bn a year earlier.
