IN BRAZIL, state energy group Petrobras is leading the way in deepwater projects, with international oil companies trailing in its wake.
Petrobras expects to order at least two leased FPSOs before the middle of this year to cover its Guara and Iracema oil projects.
Further ahead, Petrobras will need eight FPSOs to develop its biggest oilfield Tupi, plus a similar number...
