THE PORT of Melbourne Corporation has countered speculation that operations will be moved to headquarters in the city.
While the port had the technology to operate without line-of-sight, which was limited in any case, moving from the port’s control tower was not in the corporation’s thinking, chief executive Steven Bradford said.
