Wilhelmsen eyes emerging markets with new listing

NORWEGIAN shipowner and logistics company Wilh. Wilhelmsen is to restructure itself and offer a new listed company on the Oslo exchange.
It plans to split its shipping and logistics businesses in a separate listing that it said would help give the company a stronger focus in emerging markets.
