Norway hands Cosco US$39m spill bill

FLASHBACK: The Full City grounded on July 31, 2009, leaking more than 200 cu m of oil.
THE NORWEGIAN Coastal Administration is set to hand Cosco Shipping a bill for more than NRk230m (US$39m) for the clean-up operation following the Full City grounding.
