THE VICTORIAN Transport Association (VTA) has welcomed Shipping Australia’s agreement for talks to proceed this week on empty container management in Melbourne.
The VTA had been vocal last month on what it regarded as unacceptable levels of truck queuing delays at empty container parks leading to increased land transport costs.
