Toll confirms Concord Park acquisition plan

WITH analysts saying Toll Holdings might have as much as $1bn to call on for domestic and international acquisitions, the market is wondering what mid-scale road haulage firm might be next once Concord Park is digested.

Only an informal Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) review stands between Toll and its latest road-haulage and freight forwarding buy.
The ACCC started the review under the Merger Review Process Guidelines last week and the closing date for submissions...
