Somali pirates take Bulgarian chemtanker and Greek bulker

SOMALI pirates have captured a further two vessels, with the hijacks of Bulgarian chemtanker Panega and Greek-owned bulk carrier Eleni P.
Ironically, Panega was on its way to be broken up, which means the vessel has little worth to its owner beyond its scrap value.
The 1986-built, 5,848 dwt vessel, which is associated with Navibulgar, was taken on Tuesday last week...
