PierPass on track for full capacity

PIERPASS is on course to return to 100% capacity before the end of this summer, the Californian offpeak waterfront gate program has announced.
PierPass said that of the 13 marine terminals in the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, 11 planned to reinstate the fifth night shift by September 8.
