Cosco in talks to buy stake in Kaohsiung’s terminal six

China Ocean Shipping is in talks to buy a stake in a terminal at Kaohsiung in Taiwan operated by Yang Ming Marine Transport, reviving earlier discussions between the two companies reported last year.

Cosco and the Yang Ming now expect to close a transaction in the first half of this year, according to Reuters, in a deal that would see Cosco, China’s largest shipping company, buy a stake in terminal six at Kaohsiung...
