MUA wants more power for FWA
The Maritime Union of Australia says giving Fair Work Australia the power to arbitrate a general protections dispute could be considered.
In its submission to the Fair Work Review tribunal, the MUA said this could apply if an applicant in a dispute elected to submit to arbitration.
