Tasmania is considering legal action against the Victorian Government’s controversial port licensing fee.
A letter from Tasmanian infrastructure minister David O’Byrne to Victorian ports minister Denis Napthine was leaked to the media, in which Mr O’Byrne claims was announced without adequate consultation and will result in job losses.
