Shippers slam port licensing fee
A plan to impose a port licencing fee at Melbourne has been described as "unacceptable," by the Australian Peak Shippers' Association (APSA).
Robert Coode, the new APSA executive president, made the criticism while also criticising the lack of clarity over what should be done with money earned from the fee.
