Signs of life for north Europe box volumes
European deepsea container imports will increase by around 3% in 2012 over last year, with export growth nearer to 5%, according to the latest Global Port Tracker.
Imports will see most of the growth in the second half of 2012, with volumes through July lower than last year, says report co-author Ben Hackett.
