PKCT, CFMEU deal rubber-stamped

Fair Work Australia has approved the new three-year workplace deal struck between Port Kembla Coal Terminal and the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union.

Last month, the union called off planned industrial action after it reached an in-principle agreement with the NSW-based coal terminal which saw the two parties resolve a number of key terms.
