FWA review disappoints business, pleases unions
Yesterday’s release of the review of the Fair Work Act has angered business stakeholders but has been welcomed by the trade union movement.

A panel was asked to assess the success of the Fair Work Act in achieving what it set out to do and to examine ways it could be improved to better fulfil its objectives. It made 53 recommendations in total.
