Australian billionaire Clive Palmer has formally booked four 64,000 dwt bulk carriers at CSC Jinling Shipyard, showing his determination to enter the shipping world.

The four vessels will be servicing Mr Palmer’s nickel refinery with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tonnes in Queensland, a facility that needs to import raw materials from New Caledonia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
