Germany has fallen from top spot to fourth place in the latest World Bank logistics performance index, with Singapore now the leading performer out of 155 global economies.

The World Bank says that progress in trade logistics performance slowed over the last two years amid the global recession, but countries that pursued “aggressive reforms” continued to improve their performance.
