Fremantle Ports is seeking to engage the services of a Chief Executive Officer who is a dynamic and progressive leader with sound management abilities and people skills.

Reporting to the Board, this role is accountable for strategic direction, and the operational and commercial performance of the business.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities with proven experience in communications, negotiations and consultation with the ability to effectively engage and manage interests of customers, the community and other Stakeholders. You will also demonstrate capabilities in shaping and managing strategy; achieving results and commercial outcomes, focussing on safety and environmental performance, building productive relationships; exemplifying personal integrity and self awareness; and communicating and influencing outcomes.

A five-year performance-based contract and a competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
